Donations are not currently tax-exempt.  EarthColony1 will pursue 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status immediately after Virginia incorporation is approved.  This process may take 3-6 months.  Donations from a broad-based public, rather than a few private donors, is important to achieving tax-exempt status.  For this reason, even the smallest donations showing your support for our purpose are extremely important at this time.
